Transition to ICF Level 1
Your Best Next Step
Advance your credentials. Elevate your credibility. Embrace the future of coaching.
If you previously completed the Success Conversion Coaching 60-hour ICF-accredited program, you’ve already established a strong professional foundation. The coaching industry, however, continues to evolve — and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) now recognizes Level 1 and Level 2 accreditations as the updated standard for professional coach education.
This transition is an opportunity to align your qualifications with these new benchmarks and continue your journey toward excellence in the global coaching community.
- The quality of life is directly connected to the clarity of one’s personal vision and goals
- Focused attention on those goals is a powerful driver of manifestation and success
- Thought itself is a creative force that can heal, inspire, and energize
- These principles continue to guide our training, curriculum, and approach to coaching education.
Why Transition Matters
The ICF has replaced its former ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours) designation with the new Level 1 and Level 2 pathways. These updated standards reflect the current eight ICF Core Competencies and expanded expectations for professional skill, ethical practice, and measurable client impact.
Upgrading your credentials ensures:
- Recognition under the current ICF accreditation structure
- Continued eligibility for ICF ACC or PCC credentialing
- Alignment with today’s global coaching standards
- An enhanced résumé that reflects up-to-date training credentials
About the Bridge Program
The ICF Level 1 Bridge Program was created specifically for graduates of the Success Conversion Coaching program who previously earned 60 ACSTH hours.
This program seamlessly connects your prior learning with the new ICF Level 1 standards, expanding your training to 87 accredited hours. Through focused review, updated competency integration, and reflection on applied practice, you’ll refresh your skills while earning the additional hours required for Level 1 recognition.
The process is efficient, flexible, and designed to honour the work you’ve already completed.
