What is the typical income of a coach?
The International Coaching Federation reports average annual earnings between $35,000 and $100,000+. Experienced or specialized coaches can earn substantially more.
Is accreditation necessary?
Accreditation applies to programs; certification applies to individuals. Our program is ICF-accredited for Approved Coach Specific Training Hours. Graduates receive certification and may pursue ICF personal credentialing. Accreditation ensures the program meets the ICF’s high standards in competencies, ethics, and quality.
While it’s possible to coach without ICF accreditation, today’s clients are informed and increasingly prefer credentialed coaches.
Do coaches specialize?
Many coaches choose to focus on a specific area—such as business, executive, wellness, relationship, confidence, or spirituality. Specialization helps you reach the right audience and enjoy your work more. During training, you’ll explore how to identify and build your unique niche.
Are there any prerequisites?
No formal prerequisites, but the ideal coach is self-directed, empathetic, and a good communicator with proficiency in English and a genuine desire to help others.
Why is your tuition so affordable?
We prioritize substance over padding—delivering focused, accredited training that respects your time and investment. Our curriculum meets ICF standards without unnecessary extras, keeping tuition fair and accessible.
What is your refund policy?
A refund (minus processing fees and a $100 enrolment charge) is available only if withdrawal occurs before signing the training agreement. Once enrolled, tuition becomes non-refundable. Class rescheduling or trainer substitutions do not qualify for refunds. Tuition is guaranteed for 30 days after purchase.
How are classes delivered?
All training is live and virtual—a format that mirrors the reality of modern coaching, where over 95% of sessions are conducted online. Virtual classes also allow us to connect you with top instructors worldwide, offering an exceptional learning experience that’s convenient and affordable.
Will I receive support during my program?
Absolutely. You’ll have full access to our support team and Help Desk throughout your studies. We also host monthly Coffee Hour LIVE sessions where students can connect directly with the faculty.
How will I be assessed?
Instead of traditional grading, we assess through Achievement Challenges and a final quiz for the Certified Life Coach program. You’ll need 80% or higher to pass. If needed, you can re-submit or schedule an optional oral interview ($150 USD) to demonstrate your understanding in conversation.
Do I have to use one coaching model?
No. Coaching evolves continuously. We’ll introduce you to a proven, easy-to-apply model you can later adapt and expand as your style develops.
Are there any additional costs?
Tuition includes all materials, resources, and taxes (except for Canadian residents, where additional local taxes may apply).
Upon graduation, you’ll affiliate with the Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA)—our international partner since 2004—to maintain your global certification and adhere to a professional Code of Ethics.
CCA affiliation costs $54 USD every two years per certification. Graduates pursuing ICF personal credentialing also maintain CCA membership during their ICF processing period.
Must I join a governing body after graduation?
Yes. CCA affiliation ensures your certification remains active and that you operate under recognized professional standards. If you later pursue ICF credentialing, you’ll continue your CCA affiliation until your ICF credential is awarded.
