Certified Executive Coach Dual Certification

The Certified Executive Coach program is designed for individuals who want to specialize in coaching managers, executives, and corporate leaders. It provides a deep understanding of the coaching process and the unique challenges leaders face in organizations.

Schedule: One class weekly, with a second class added in week sixteen for the final eight weeks

Time Commitment

Students begin with the Certified LIFE Coach program, a 24 week sequence with one 90 minute weekly class. At week sixteen, the Certified Executive Coach component is introduced, with an additional 90 minute weekly class for the final eight weeks. Graduates complete both programs plus the Emotional Intelligence module, holding two professional designations and 126 accredited training hours.

Corporate Executive Coaching Option (Stand-Alone Track)

For professionals who want to focus exclusively on organizational and leadership contexts, the Certified Executive Coach program is also offered as a stand-alone track.

Training Hours: 33 hours ICF accredited
Includes: a 6 hour Emotional Intelligence module to strengthen leadership capacity
Outcome: Earn the Certified Executive Coach designation without completing the full dual certification pathway
This option is ideal for professionals already working with executives or for organizations seeking to develop internal leadership capacity.
Success Conversion Executive Coaching Model (SCCM)

Your training includes:

Credential Pathways

The Certified Executive Coach program prepares you for either the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation.

ACC requirements:
60 hours of accredited training
10 hours of mentor coaching over at least 3 months
100 logged coaching hours, at least 75 paid
Passing the ICF performance evaluation and exam
PCC requirements:
125 hours of accredited training
10 hours of mentor coaching over at least 3 months
500 logged coaching hours
Passing the ICF performance evaluation and exam

By completing this program you meet the educational requirements for both ACC and PCC. Adding mentor coaching fulfills the mentoring requirement.

Mentor Coaching and Commitment

Mentor coaching is delivered in small groups with credentialed faculty. Because seats are limited and group learning depends on consistency, full participation is required. Withdrawals are non refundable and re enrolment in a future cohort requires full payment.
